Yamato Group cargo aircraft livery
Hara Design Institute was responsible for the livery used on Yamato Group's first freighter (cargo aircraft), which began operating on April 11, 2024.
Through a collaboration between Yamato Holdings and Japan Airlines (JAL), the aim is create a stable transportation network with an eye to the future. For example, it will be used to address the predicted decline in long-distance truck transport capacity, and also to secure transportation channels in emergencies. The "advance mark" on the tail represents Yamato’s commitment to new businesses that have opened up thanks to cutting-edge technologies and to businesses that defy conventional ideas.
