MUJI Aeon Mall Kashihara — ReMUJI Promotion

We created the visuals and in-store tools for ReMUJI, MUJI’s circular economy initiative based at Aeon Mall Kashihara.

To express the evolved ReMUJI—now a broad activity encompassing not only clothing collection and recycling but also resource circulation—we renewed the logo with carefully refined form. We documented the behind-the-scenes processes at factories and warehouses, where resources transform through activities like recycling daily goods, re-dyeing garments, and repairing old furniture. These scenes were developed into large-scale wall visuals and a promotional movie.

We also designed pictograms representing collected items, placed throughout the ReMUJI area to clearly indicate categories. In-store tools such as posters explaining the initiative, suspended letter signs, and a tagging system with hangtags and stickers identifying ReMUJI products were produced to integrate the narrative of circularity naturally into the space.

The project illustrates a way of life where resources flow continuously and shares MUJI’s commitment to sustainability with visitors.
