PLEASE STEAL THIS POSTER

Kenya Hara's first collection of essays. These were originally serialized in Shōsetsu Shinchō from 1991 for about five years. Titled "While Creating It," the essays reflect on the struggles of a young designer in his early years. Hara originally wished for the book to retain the title "While Creating It," but was persuaded by the editorial team to choose a more specific title. The final title, "PLEASE STEAL THIS POSTER" was derived from the title of one of the essays included in the collection.
